dc.descriptionPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi komitmen organisasi karyawan kontrak PDAM Tirtanadi Pusat Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 76 orang karyawan kontrak. Skala penelitian yang digunakan adalah skala likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Penelitian ini dianalisa melalui analisis faktorial. Sedangkan hasil uji normalitas dengan menggunakan kolmogrof-smirnof sebesar 1.271 dengan sig (p) sebesar 0.079. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa analisis faktor memberi kontribusi tertinggi 20.74 % faktor pemahaman organisasi, 20.59 % faktor kepercayaan karyawan, 20.14 % faktor keterlibatan karyawan, 20.13 % faktor kepuasan dan keadilan kerja, dan terakhir 18.4 % faktor kemanan kerja. Dapat dilihat bahwa faktor pemahaman organisasi memberi kontribusi paling tinggi untuk faktor-faktor komitmen organisasi pada karyawan kontrak PDAM Tirtanadi Pusat Provinsi Sumatera Utara, yaitu sebesar 20.74 %.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis research is a quantitative study that aims to find out the factors that influence the commitment of contract employees of Central Office PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatera Province. This research was conducted on 76 contract employees. The scale that used in this research is Likert scale. The sampling technique uses quota sampling technique. This research was analyzed through factorial analysis. While the normality test results using kolmogrof-smirnof amounted to 1,271 with sig (p) of 0,079. The results of the study stated that the analysis of factors contributed the highest 20.74 % to organizational understanding factor, 20.59% to employee trust factor, 20.14 % to employee involvement factor, 20.13 % statisfaction and work fairness factor, and the last 18,4 % job security factor. It can be seen that the organizational understanding factor gives the highest contribution to the organizational commitment factors in the contract employees of Central Office PDAM Tirtanadi North Sumatera Province, which amounted to 20.74 %.en_US
