Hubungan Antara Konformitas dengan Perilaku Membolos Pada Siswa Di SMK Pemda Kisaran

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between conformity and truant behavior in students at the Kisaran Regional Vocational School. Truant behavior is a behavior of not going to school or leaving school that is done without the knowledge of the school and without clear permission, and is done to achieve a certain goal. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample of this study was 100 people consisting of students in class X and XI at the Kisaran Regional Vocational School with a sampling technique using the total sampling method. This study uses a Likert scale model. The analysis technique used is Product Moment correlation. The results of this study indicate the rxy correlation coefficient = 0.345 with p = 0,000 (p <0.050), meaning that there is a positive relationship between conformity and truant behavior. With these results, the hypothesis in this study is that there is a positive relationship between conformity and truant behavior is acceptable. The positive correlation coefficient indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive, meaning that the higher the conformity, the higher the truant behavior.
