dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh pelatihan dan kompetensi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT.Huki Cabang Medan.Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara (interview), dengan daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire) dan studi dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di Pada PT.Huki Cabang Medan yang berjumlah 55 orang. Penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah sensus. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah populasi relatif kecil yaitu sebanyak 55 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 23, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) secara parsial variabel pelatihan mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT.Huki Cabang Medan.(2) secara parsial variabel kompetensi mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pada PT.Huki Cabang Medan.(3) secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel pelatihan dan kompetensi mempengaruhi Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT.Huki Cabang Medan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the effect of training and competence on employee performance at the Medan branch of PT. Huki.The research method used is associative research, where the variable is measured by a Likert scale. The method of data collection is done by interview (interview), with a list of questions (questionnaire) and study documentation. The population in this study were all employees at the Medan branch of PT. Huki, which numbered 55 people. Sampling with a saturated sampling method or better known as census. In this study the population is relatively small, which is as many as 55 people. Data processing uses SPSS version 23 software, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing of multiple regression analysis.The results of the study show that: (1) partially the training variables affect Employee Performance at Medan Branch PT. Huki (2) partially the competency variables affect Employee Performance at Medan Branch PT. Huki. (3) simultaneously there are positive influences and Significant between training and competency variables affect Employee Performance at Medan Branch PT. Huki. | en_US |
