Pengaruh Insentif dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Produktifitas Kerja Karyawan pada PT. Pelita Car Medan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the "Effect of Incentives and Work Experience on Employee Productivity at PT. Pelita Car Medan ". This type of research is associative, which is a study that asks the relationship between two variables. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Pelita Car Medan with 55 employees. And by using the njenuh sample technique, the number of samples in this study were 55 respondents drawn from a portion of the population. Based on the results of the t test (partial test) and f test (simultaneous test) it can be concluded that the incentive and work experience variables have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity.
