Pengaruh Kecerdasan Emosional dan Kecerdasan Spritual Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Supmamatra Abadi Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence on employee performance at PT. Eternal Supmamatra Medan. The population in this study were employees at PT. Eternal Supmamatra Medan by using a sample of 102 people. To obtain data in the preparation of this thesis, the author uses the instruments of collecting observational data, interviews, and distributing questionnaires. In analyzing the data using multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and determination test. Based on the results of the t test (partial) Variables Emotional Intelligence obtained by tcount of 9.843> t table of 1.660 with a significant value of 0,000 smaller than the significant limit of 0.05. It can be concluded that Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Employee Performance. While the Spiritual Intelligence Variables obtained by tcount of 3.201 > t table of 1.660 with a significant value of 0,000 smaller than the significant limit of 0.05. It can be concluded that Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Performance. Based on the results of the test f (simultaneous) Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence together have a significant effect on performance. obtained the calculated value above is 464.656 greater than ftabel of 3.09 with a significance of 0.000 (Sig. <0.05). Indicates that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Means the variable Emotional Intelligence (X1) and Spiritual Intelligence (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on performance (Y). The results of the determination test showed that Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence explained the effect on Employee Performance at 90.2%.
