Hubungan Teman Sebaya dengan Perilaku Seksual Berpacaran pada Remaja di Desa Kuta Pinang

Abstract

This research aimed to look at the relationship of peer support with dating sexual behavior in teenagers. The scale used in this research is the peer scale and the scale of dating sexual behavior. The subject of this research were 53 teenagers in X village who were dating. The data analysis used in this research was the product moment correlation technique, the following results can be obtained: There is a significant positive relationship between peers and dating sexual behavior in teenagers in X village. The result was proven by the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.520; P = 0.000 <0.05, that peers contribute to sexual behavior in adolescents by 27.0%. From these results it was known that there were still 73.0% of the other factors dating sexual behavior that are not explained and not seen in this research. That teenagers, who had peer relations, classified as good empirical mean = 21.26> Hypothetical Mean = 17.5 the differences between the two means exceeds SD = 3.071 and dating sexual behavior in teenagers is classified as high empirical mean = 30.51> Hypothetical mean = 19 where the difference between the two means exceeds the number SD = 6.136. The results of this research, the hypothesis proposed was accepted.
