Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Dan Insentif Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan CV. Matakail Communication Di Medan

Dwi Juli Yanti. 128320297. “The Influence of Work Environment and Incentive on Employee’s Productivity at CV. Matakail Communication in Medan”. Supervised by Adelina Lubis, S.E., M.Si and Dra. Isnaniah LKS. MMA. The research aims to know :1) the influence of work environment has a significant positive effect on employee’s roductivity at CV. Matakail Communication, 2) incentive has a significant positive effectt on employee’s productivity at CV. Matakail Communication, 3) work environment and incentive positive significant effect on employee’s productivity at CV. Matakail Communication. This type of research is associative research. The population is 30 employees, the sample using total sampling (census) technique is 30 employees at CV. Matakail Communication. Data analysis technique in this reseach is multiple linear regrassion analysis. The research data is sourced from the primary data and the process of collecting data using interviews and questionnaires. From the research results obtained work environment has a positive significant effect on employee productivity, where positive is shown with a value of 2,832 nd significantly indicated by 0,018 < 0,05. Incentive has a positive significant effect on employee productivity where positive is indicated by the value of 3,670 and significantly indicated by 0,008 < 0,05. Work environment and incentive have a positive significant effect on employee productivity where positive is shown with value 8,398 and significant is indicated by 0,001 < 0,05.
