Pengaruh Pelatihan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan dengan Kompetensi sebagai Variabel Intervening pada AUTO 2000 Cabang Gatot Subroto Medan

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved by the authors of this study is to find out that there is a significant effect of training on employee work productivity at AUTO 2000 Branch Gatot Subroto Medan, whether there is a significant effect of competence on employee work productivity at AUTO 2000 Branch Gatot Subroto Medan, and whether there is a significant effect of providing training on employee productivity with competence as an intervening variable in the AUTO 2000 Branch of Gatot Subroto Medan. The population in this study were all mechanical division employees at AUTO 2000 Branch Gatot Subroto Medan, amounting to 60 people. The sample collection in this study as a whole mechanical part employees using saturated samples totaling 60 people. The data analysis technique in this study is the Data Analysis Technique, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, Classical Assumption Test and Hypothesis Test namely t Test (Partial) and Determination Coefficient (R2). Based on this research, it can be obtained that training has a positive and significant effect on employee competency at AUTO 2000, Gatot Subroto Medan Branch. This is indicated by the value of t-count obtained by 13,600 where the t-table value at x 5% is 2.002 which means positive. Where significant level x 5% (<0.5) t-count value 13,600> t-table value 2,002. The value of p-value in the sig 0.000 column <0.05 means significant. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at AUTO 2000 Gatot Subroto Medan Branch. This is indicated by the value of t_count obtained 16,346 where the t-table value at α 5% which is 2,002 means positive. Where significant level x 5% (<0.5) value t_hitung 16,346> t-table 2,002. The value of p-value in the sig 0.000 column <0.05 means significant. Training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity of employees with competence as an intervening variable in AUTO 2000 Branch Gatot Subroto Medan. This is indicated by the value of t-count obtained by 15.514 where the value of t-table at x 5% is 2.002 which means positive. Where is the significant level x 5% (<0.5) value t_hitung15,514> t_table 2,002. The value of pvalue in the sig 0.000 column <0.05 means significant.
