Abstract: | This research was conducted in the Experimental Garden, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Medan, JalanJalan No. 1 Medan Estate PercutSei Tuan Subdistrict with a height of 12 meters above sea level (asl), flat topography, Alluvial soil type and soil pH 7. This research was conducted in October to January 2019. This research used a factorial (RBD) that consists of 2 treatment factors, namely: 1) Factor of Rhizbium Inoculation (R notation) consisting of 3 levels of treatment, namely: R0 = control (not using rhizobium inoculation); R1 = Rhizobium inoculation ie 10 grams / kg of seed; R2 = Rhizobium inoculation ie 15 grams / kg of seed; whereas for the second treatment) Provision of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) Fish Waste (L notation) consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely: L0 = control (not using POC Fish Waste); L1 = using POC Fish Waste concentration 25% (250 ml / l); L2 = using POC Waste fish concentration of 50% (500 ml / l); L3 = using POC Fish Waste concentration of 75% (750 ml / l). The parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of branches, flowering age, volume of root nodules, number of pods per sample, total weight of 100 seeds, production weight per sample and production weight per plot. The results showed that: 1) The administration of Rhizobium inoculation significantly affected the parameters of plant height, number of branches, weight of 100 seeds but did not show any significant difference to the parameters of flowering age, root nodules volume and number of sample planted pods. Rhizobium inoculation treatment with a dose of 15 gr / kg of seed showed the best growth and production 2) besides that the treatment of liquid organic fertilizer of fish waste did not significantly affect all observed parameters and 3) while the combination of rhizobium inoculation and POC of fish waste showed no significant effect on the growth and production of peanuts. |
Description: | Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area Jalan Kolam No. 1 Medan Estate Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian 12 meter di atas permukaan laut (dpl), topografi datar, jenis tanah Aluvial dan pH tanah 7. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan bulan Januari 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan (RAK) Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan, yaitu : 1) Faktor pemberian Inokulasi Rhizbium (notasi R) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf perlakuan, yakni : R0 = kontrol (tidak menggunakan inokulasi rhizobium); R1 = Inokulasi Rhizobium yaitu 10 gram /kg benih ; R2 = Inokulasi Rhizobium yaitu 15 gram /kg benih ; sedangkan terhadap perlakuan ke 2) Pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) Limbah Ikan (notasi L) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yakni : L0 = kontrol (tidak menggunakan POC Limbah Ikan ); L1 = menggunakan POC Limbah Ikan konsentrasi 25 % (250 ml/l); L2 = menggunakan POC Limbah ikan konsentrasi 50 % (500 ml/l); L3 = menggunakan POC Limbah Ikan konsentrasi 75 % (750 ml/l). Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, umur berbunga, volume bintil akar , jumlah polong per sampel, jumlah bobot 100 biji , berat produksi per sampel dan berat produksi per plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Pemberian inokulasi rhizhobium berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter tinggi tanaman, jumlah cabang, berat l00 biji namun tidak menunjukkan beda nyata terhadap parameter umur berbunga, volume bintil akar dan jumlah polong pertanaman sampel. Perlakuan inokulasi rhizobium dengan dosis 15 gr/kg benih menunjukkan pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik 2) selain itu perlakuan pemberian pupuk organik cair limbah ikan berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap semua parameter yang diamati dan 3) sementara kombinasi antara pemberian inokulasi rhizobium dan POC limbah ikan menunjukkan tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang Tanah . |
