Abstract: This research is to find out the relations of self control and minor cyberloafing behavior within PT. Wicaksana Overseas International,Tbk employee. The population of this research is PT. Wicaksana Overseas International,Tbk employee. 71 people used as sample. The sample is taken with purposive sampling technic. Both of the scale is created based on likert scale, where self control scale has 24 item and 4 come off item and minor cyberloafing behavior has 24 item and 3 come off item. This research claimed the negative hypothesis where the higher self control is, the lower minor cyberloafing behavior is, so does in otherwise. The analysis technic that is used in this research is correlation Pearson Product Moment technic. The analysis result found that there is a significant negative relation between self control and cyberloafing. ( rxy = - 0,399 ; p = 0,001 < 0,050). Where the self control is quiet high with the empirical mean is higher that the hypothetical mean (62,03 > 50), and minor cyberloafing behavior is quiet low where the empirical mean is lower than the hypothetical mean (47,13 < 52,5). The other result that is gained is determinant coefficient (r2) and the relation is 0,159. It means the self control gave 15,9% effect to minor cyberloafing behavior. And there is 84,1% impact of other factors for cyberloafing behavior that is not researched in this research, and thus the hypothesis that is aimed in this research is accepted.
Description: Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melihat hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan semangat kerja karyawan di PT.Pos Indonesia Regional I Medan Sumatera Utara-Aceh. Hipotesis hubunngan adalah ada hubungan positif antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan semangat kerja karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 84 orang karyawan PT.Pos Indonesia Regional I Medan Sumatera Utara-Aceh yang sedang dalam masa kerja dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Total Sampling. Metode Pengumpulan data adalah skala yang terdiri dari skala kepemimpinan transformasional dan skala semangat kerja. Metode Analisis data adalah uji korelasional menggunakan pearson product moment. Dari hasil analisis, diketahui bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima (rxy = 0,356 ; p = 0,000 < 0,010). Artinya semakin tinggi kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin tinggi semangat kerja karyawan dan sebaliknya. Konstribusi kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap semangat kerja adalah sebesar 12,7% (r2= 0,127) sisanya (87,3%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.
