Sebaliknya semakin rendah job insecurity maka semakin rendah stres kerja karyawan.
This study aims to look at the relationship between job insecurity with work stress on outsourced employees at PT. Telkom Regional 1 North Sumatra. The subjects in this study were 76 outsourcing employees. The sampling technique used total sampling techniques. Data is collected by using two scales, namely the Job Insecurity scale and the work stress scale. Data analysis using correlation techniques (rxy) of 0.432 with p = 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a positive and significant relationship between job insecurity with job stress on outsourcing employees, which indicates that the higher the job insecurity, the higher the job stress on outsourced employees . Conversely the lower the job insecurity, the lower the employee job stress. Job insecurity in this study at PT. Telkom Regional 1 North Sumatra is classified as positive / high because (empirical mean = 130.56 > hypothetical mean = 112.5 where the difference exceeds SD number = 9,107). And Job Stress is also classified as positive / high, because (empirical mean = 119.85 > hypothetical mean = 105 where the difference exceeds the SD number = 7.139). The determination coefficient of the correlation of r2 = 0.187 means that job insecurity contributes effectively to work stress by 18.7 %. The results of this study are consistent with the results of the research in the field.en_US
