dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kecemasan yang mempengaruhi kecemasan dalam menghadapi masa pensiun Di Polda Sumut. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan rumus F Pesen untuk mengetahui persentasi jumlah pegawai dari setiap faktor. Berdasarkan analisis data faktorial dan frekuensi diketahui bahwa : 1) Faktor kepuasan kerja dan pekerjaan, dari 68 pegawai diketahui menyumbangkan 20,17 % mengalami kecemasan dalam faktor kepuasan kerja dan pekerjaan, frekuensi pegawai yang tingkat kecemasannya tinggi sebanyak 6 orang, pada tingkat sedang sebanyak 56 orang, dan pada tingkat rendah sebanyak 6 orang. 2) Faktor Usia , dari 68 pegawai diketahui menyumbangkan 20,25 % mengalami kecemasan dalam faktor Usia, frekuensi pegawai yang tingkat kecemasannya tinggi sebanyak 9 orang, pada tingkat sedang sebanyak 53 orang, selanjutnya pada tingkat rendah 6 orang. 3) Faktor Kesehatan, dari 68 pegawai diketahui menyumbangkan 19,97 % mengalami kecemasan dalam faktor kesehatan, frekuensi pegawai yang tingkat kecemasannya tinggi sebanyak 10 orang, pada tingkat sedang sebanyak 48 orang, selanjutnya pada tingkat rendah sebanyak 10 orang. 4) Faktor Persepsi Individu, dari 68 pegawai diketahui menyumbangkan 20,15 % mengalami kecemasan dalam faktor Persepsi Individu, frekuensi pegawai yang berada pada tingkat kecemasannya tinggi sebanyak 7 orang atau 10,3 %, pada tingkat sedang sebanyak 55 orang, selanjutnya pada tingkat rendah sebanyak 6 orang. 5) Faktor Status Sosial Sebelum Pensiun , dari 68 pegawai diketahui menyumbangkan 19,46 % mengalami kecemasan dalam faktor Status Sosial Sebelum Pensiun, frekuensi pegawai yang berada pada tingkat kecemasannya tinggi sebanyak 8 orang, pada tingkat sedang sebanyak 52 orang, selanjutnya pada tingkat rendah sebanyak 8 orang. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study discusses the factors that influence difficulties in payments at the North Sumatra Regional Police. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis with the formula F Percent to find out the percentage of the number of employees of each factor. Based on factorial and frequency data analysis it is recognized that: 1) Work and job satisfaction factors, out of 68 employees known to contribute 20.17 % experienced anxiety in job and job satisfaction factors, the frequency of employees being at high anxiety levels of 6 people, at the moderate level of 56 people, and at a low level of 6 person. 2) Age Factor, from 68 employees known to contribute 20.25 % experienced anxiety in the Age factor, the frequency of employees was at a high level of anxiety as many as 6 people, at the moderate level as many as 53 people, then at a low level of 9 people. 3) Health Factors, of the 68 employees known to contribute 19.97 % experienced anxiety in health factors, the frequency of employees was at a high level of anxiety by 10 people, at the moderate level by 50 people, then at a low level of 6 people. 4) Individual Perception Factor, from 68 employees known to contribute 20.15 % experienced anxiety in the Individual Perception factor, the frequency of employees was at a high level of anxiety as many as 6 people, at the moderate level as many as 55 people, then at a low level of 7 people. 5) Social Status Factors Before Retirement, of the 68 employees known to contribute 19.46 % experienced anxiety in the Social Status factor before retirement, the frequency of employees who were at a high level of anxiety was 8 people, at the moderate level as many as 52 people, and at a low level as much as 8 people. | en_US |
