Pengaruh Struktur Organisasi dan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Manajemen pada PT. Pelita Armada Indonesia (Pelita Rent Car)

Abstract

This research intends to determine about how decision making at PT. Pelita Armada Indonesia (Pelita Rent Car) based on information system and organizational structure inside. This research used qualitative-descriptive research methods, data collection techniques used are in of the data using triangulation by checking the degree of trust in the results of interviews with the degree of the data source. The subject of this research is Manager Operational of PT. Pelita Armada Indonesia (Pelita Rent Car). Management information system that is used at the PT. Pelita Armada Indonesia (Pelita Rent Car) is Employeement, Finance and Assest Information System, which acts as a background acquisition of information for the Directur as a supreme leader who stand as an executer for any decision needed to be taken. Results of this research is that as a managent information system that is used has a very important role for the companys operational. The organizational structure implemented in accordance with company regulations.
