dc.description | Penelitian in ibertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kontribusi motivasi kerja pada guru honorer di SD Kecamatan STM Hulu Kabupaten Deli Serdang adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi guru honorer yang diteliti yaitu faktor instrintik yang meliputi administrasi dan kebijakan, gaji hubungan antara pribadi dan kondisi kerja. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 44 orang dan semua populasi merupakan sampel dari penelitian. Penelitin ini menggunakan pengambilan data dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel totally sampling di SD kecamatan STM Hulu kabupaten deli serdang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala motivasi kerja guru honorer yang terdiri dari 54 item. Dari hasil analsis faktor didapatkan bahwa kontribusi dafktor tanggung jawab sebesar 0.0906, faktor kemajuan sebesar 0.0620, faktor pekerjaan itu sendiri sebesar 0.1345, faktor capaian sebesar 0.1109, faktor pengakuan sebesar 0.1095, faktor adminsitrasi dan kebijakan sebsesar 0.1182, faktor gaji sebesar 0.1137, faktor hubungan antar pribadi 0.1189, dan faktor kondisi kerja 0.1412. Ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan adalah faktor kondisi kerja dan pekerjaan itu sendiri. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research aims to find out how much work motivation contribution to the honorary teacher in elementary school STM Hulu District Deli Serdang as a factor that affects the motivation of the honorary teachers who are in the careful that the Instirntik factor that includes Responsibilities, progress, work itself, achievement, recognition,. And in terms of extrinsic factors, which include administration and policy, salary, interpersonal relationships, and working conditions. The population in this study amounted to 44 people and all populations constitute the study sample. This study uses data collection using Totally Sampling techniques in elementary school STM Hulu District, Deli Serdang. The measuring instrument used is the work motivation scale of an honorary teacher consisting of 54 items (= 0.820). From the results of the analysis factors get that the contribution of the responsibility factor of 0.0906, the progress factor of 0.0620, the job factor itself of 0.1345, the achievement factor of 0.1109, the recognition factor of 0.1095, the administrative factor and Policy of 0.1182, salary factor of 0.1137, inter-personal relationship factor 0.1189, and working condition factor 0.1412. This suggests that the most dominant factor is the working condition factor and the work itself. | en_US |
