dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara internet gaming disorder dengan perilaku sehat pada remaja. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 201 remaja. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu remaja di SMA Panca Budi. Penelitian menggunakan skala internet gaming disorder yang terdiri dari lima aspek yaitu arti penting, penggunaan berlebihan, antisipasi, kurangnya kontrol dan mengabaikan kehidupan sosial.Skala perilaku sehat terdiri dari enam aspek yaitu makan dengan menu seimbang, melakukan kegiatan fisik secara teratur dan cukup, istirahat yang cukup, tidak merokok, tidak minum-minuman keras serta tidak narkoba, pengendalian dan manajemen stres serta gaya hidup positif. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis terdapat hubungan negatif antara internet gaming disorder dengan perilaku sehat (r= -0,210 dengan sig 0,0003< 0,05). Hasil lain yang diperoleh dari perilaku sehat siswa tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean empirik sebesar 35,66 dan internet gaming disorder siswa tergolong ringan dengan nilai mean empirik sebesar 33,70. Analisis regresi yaitu r2= 0,044 (4,4%). Artinya sebanyak 4,4% variabel internet gaming disorder mempengaruhi perilaku sehat dan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti faktor demografi (usia, jenis kelamin), nilai kehidupan, gejala yang dimiliki, akses kesehatan, faktor kognitif, kontrol personal, pengaruh sosial dan tujuan personal.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of the research is to find correlation between internet gaming disorder with healthy behaviour in adolescent SMA Panca Budi Medan. The sample used in this study were 201 adolescents. The method used in this research is quantitative method. This research uses internet gaming disorder scale which consists of five aspects, (salience, overuse, anticipation, lack of control and neglect of social life). The scale of healthy behavior consists of six aspects, eating a balanced diet, doing regular and sufficient physical activity, adequate rest, not smoking, not drinking and not using drugs, controlling and managing stress and positive lifestyle. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment corelation. Results shown there were a negative correlation between internet gaming disorder and healthy behavior seen from the correlation value r= -0,210 with sig 0,0003 < 0,05. Other results obtained from healthy behavior were classified as moderate withmean empirical value of 35.66 meanwhile internet gaming disorder were classified as light with empirical value 33,70. The analysis regression r2=0,044 (4,4%). That mean as much 4,4% variable internet gaming disorder influence healthy behaviour and the rest is influenced by other factor such demographic factor (age, sex), life value, symptoms possessed, access to health, cognitive factors, personal control, social influence and personal goals.en_US
