dc.description | Perubahan dan komitmen organisasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam perusahaan, mengacu pada standarisasi pekerjaan yang di berikan maka penelitian ini bertujuan mencari adakah hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kesiapan berubah. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitaif, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 425 karyawan tetap dan sampel penelitian berjumlah 106 karyawan tetap. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan 106 ekslampar dengan jenis skala likert. Teknik analisis yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik correlational product moment dari pearson. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kesiapan untuk berubah (readiness for change) r = 0,963 dan p = 0,000. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Change and organizational commitment are important in the company, referring to the standardization of work provided, this study aims to find whether there is a relationship between organizational commitment and readiness to change. This type of research is a quantitative research type, the population in this study amounted to 425 permanent employees and the study sample amounted to 106 permanent employees. The measuring instrument used in the study used 106 examples with a Likert scale type. The analysis technique used in this study uses Pearson's correllational product moment technique. The results of this study are that there is a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment and readiness for change r = 0.963 and p = 0,000. | en_US |
