Abstract: Perkembangan di bidang konstruksi dewasa ini salah satunya ditandai dengan meningkatnya kualitas bahan bangunan dan munculnya bahan bangunan baru. Khusus untuk bahan perkerasan jalan raya, dewasa ini telah banyak digunakan perkerasan kaku ( rigid pavement ) salah satunya adalah Paving block. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mendapatkan komposisi yang sesuai untuk campuran pembuatan paving block dengan mutu K-400 dan membandingkan kuat tekannya dengan beton yang diberi penambahan bahan plastik dan beton dibuat berbentuk paving block (ukuran 10 cm x 20 cm x 6 cm ). Penelitian ini dimulai dengan perhitungan mix design sehingga diperoleh acuan komposisi pembuatan beton benda uji, yang selanjutnya akan melalui proses curing dan pengujian kuat tekan. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh mix design : semen (1) : pasir (1.51) : kerikil (2.18) : air (0.45), dan setelah dilakukan pengujian, diperoleh kuat tekan rata-rata K-393,9 kg/cm2. Penambahan bahan plastic sebanyak 20% menghasilkan penurunan kuat tekan rata-rata sebesar 39,6% menjadi 237,6 kg/cm2. Sedangkan beton dengan mix design normal yang berbentuk paving block menghasilkan kuat tekan rata-rata 526,1 kg/cm2, naik 33%. Developments in the construction sector today is marked by the increasing quality of building materials and the emergence of new building materials. Especially for road pavement materials, are now widely used rigid pavement (rigid pavement) one of which is paving block. This study aimed to obtain compositions suitable for manufacture of paving blocks with a mix of quality K-400 and compare the compressive strength of concrete by the addition of plastic material and shaped concrete paving blocks (size 10 cm x 20 cm x 6 cm). The research began with the calculation of the mix design so that the compotition of the concrete specimens was obtain. Which would then be through the curing process and compressive strength testing. From the research results, obtained mix design: cement (1): sand (1:51): gravel (2.18): water (0.45), and after testing, obtained an average compressive strength of K-393.9 kg / cm2. The addition of plastic material as much as 20% produces a decrease in the average compressive strength of 39.6% to 237, 6 kg / cm2. While normal concrete mix design that shaped paving block produces an average compressive strength of 526.1 kg / cm2, up 33%.
Mandarin Abstrak : 当今建筑领域的发展,其特征之一是建筑材料质量的提高以及新型建筑材料的出现。特别是在公路路面材料方面,目前已广泛采用刚性路面(rigid pavement),其中之一便是铺路砖。 本研究旨在确定适用于K-400级铺路砖配方的合适混合料组成,并将其抗压强度与添加了塑性材料的混凝土以及制成铺路砖形状(尺寸为10厘米×20厘米×6厘米)的混凝土进行比较。 研究首先通过配合比设计计算,确定了试件混凝土的配比方案,随后进行养护及抗压强度测试。 研究结果得出以下配比方案:水泥(1):砂(1:51):碎石(2.18):水(0.45);经测试,平均抗压强度为K-393.9 kg/cm²。 添加20%的塑性材料导致平均抗压强度下降39.6%,降至237.6 kg/cm²。而采用常规配合比制成的铺路砖,其平均抗压强度为526.1 kg/cm²,上升了33%。
