Study Identifikasi Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Peran Orang Tua pada Akhlak dalam Mendidik Anak Usia Dini

Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the contribution of factors from the role of parents in morals in educating young children. The factors that influence the role of parents in morals in educating young children who studied the consistency factor in educating children, parenting attitudes in the family environment, appreciation factors and experience of religion adopted by parents, and the consistency of parents in ap plying religious norms. Popolation in this study amounted to 150 parents of students, by using sampling technique purposive sampling obtained the number of research samples as many as 60 parents of students. The research was conducted on 2 institutions namely RA Zuriah Islamic Full Day School Medan and TkNurulIlmi Medan. The measuring tool used is the scale of the role of people in morals in educating young children consisting of 98 aitem (α = 0.842). From factor analysis, the contribution factor of consistency in educating children is 0.707, parental attitude factor in family environment is 0.678, appreciation factor and religious experience of parent 0.823, and parent consistency factor in applying religious norms is 0.702, it shows that the most dominant factor is factors of appreciation and religious experience adopted by parents.
