dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman terung ungu dengan pemanfaatan serbuk cangkang telur ayam dan pemberian pupuk Kascing, yang dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Medan Area Jalan Kolam No.1 Medan Estate, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian tempat 22 m dari permukaan laut dan tofografi datar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai dari bulan Maret sampai dengan bulan Juni 2019. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) secara faktorial, dengan 2 (dua) faktor perlakuan, yakni : 1) Faktor dosis serbuk cangkang telur ayam (C) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf, yaitu : C0 = kontrol (tanpa perlakuan); C1 = serbuk cangkang telur ayam 5 g/polybag; C2 = serbuk cangkang telur ayam 10 g/polybag; C3 = serbuk cangkang telur ayam 15 g/polybag; C4 = serbuk cangkang telur ayam 20 g/polybag; 2) Faktor dosis pupuk Kascing (K) yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu : K0 = kontrol (tanpa perlakuan); K1 = pupuk Kascing dengan dosis 10 ton /ha (25 g/polybag); K2 = pupuk Kascing dengan dosis 20 ton/ha (50 g/polybag); K3 = pupuk Kascing dengan dosis 30 ton/ha (75 g/polybag), masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali sehingga terdapat 40 plot percobaan. Setiap plot percobaan terdiri dari 5 tanaman dengan 3 tanaman sampel. Adapun parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah bunga per sampel, jumlah buah per sampel, produksi per sampel, produksi per plot dan volume akar.Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilaksanakan dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagai berikut : 1) Pemberian serbuk cangkang telur ayam berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, luas daun, jumlah bunga/sampel, jumlah buah/sampel, produksi/sampel, produksi/plot dan volume akar tanaman terung ungu; 2) Pemberian pupuk Kascing berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, luas daun dan produksi/sampel serta berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap jumlah buah/sampel dan produksi/plot, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap jumlah bunga/sampel tanaman terung ungu; dan 3) Kombinasi antara pemberian serbuk cangkang telur ayam dan pupuk Kascing berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman terung ungu. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the growth and yield of eggplant with chicken egg shell powder utilization and fertilizer Kascing, which Experiments conducted at the Faculty of Agriculture, University Medan Area Jalan Kolam 1 Medan Estate, District Sei Tuan Percut with altitude of 22 m above sea level and tofografi flat. This research was conducted from March until the month of June 2019. The method used in this study is a randomized block design in factorial, with 2 (two) treatment factors, namely: 1) Factors dose of powdered chicken egg shells (C), which consists of five levels, namely: C0 = control ( without treatment); C1 = chicken egg shell powder 5 g / polybag; C2 = chicken egg shell powder 10 g / polybag; C3 = chicken egg shell powder 15 g / polybag; C4 = chicken egg shell powder 20 g / polybag; 2) Factors Kascing fertilizers (K), which consists of 4 levels, namely: K0 = control (no treatment); K1 = Kascing fertilizer with a dose of 10 ton / ha (25 g / polybag); K2 = Kascing fertilizer with a dose of 20 ton / ha (50 g / polybag); K3 = Kascing fertilizer with a dose of 30 ton / ha (75 g / polybag), each treatment was repeated two (2) times so that there are 40 experimental plots. Each experimental plot consisted of 5 plants with 3 plant samples. The parameters were observed in this study consisted of plant height, leaf area, number of flowers per sample, the number of fruit per sample, production per sample, production per plot and volume of roots.From the research that has been done can be concluded as follows: 1) Giving powder chicken egg shells effect no significant effect on plant height, leaf area, number of flowers / sample, the number of fruit / samples, production / sample production / plot and the volume of the roots of plants eggplant; 2) Fertilizer Kascing significant effect on plant height, leaf area and production / samples as well as very significant effect on the number of fruit / samples and production / plot, but no real effect on the number of flowers / plant samples eggplant; and 3) a combination of administration of a chicken egg shell powder and fertilizer Kascing no real effect on the growth and yield of eggplant | en_US |
