dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan self efficacy dengan kesiapan individu untuk berubah pada karyawan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan perusahaan, yang berjumlah 72 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala self efficacy dan skala kesiapan individu untuk berubah. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0,468 dan p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), artinya terdapat hubungan positif antara self efficacy dengan kesiapan individu untuk berubah pada Karyawan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero), bahwa semakin tinggi self efficacy karyawan maka semakin tinggi kesiapan individu untuk berubah, semakin rendah self efficacy karyawan maka semakin rendah kesiapan individu untuk berubah. Self efficacy dalam penelitian ini tergolong tinggi yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai mean empirik = 100,92 > mean hipotetik = 90 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 5, kesiapan individu untuk berubah juga tergolong tinggi dengan nilai mean empirik = 86,56 > mean hipotetik = 70 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 8. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0,172 artinya ini menunjukkan bahwa self efficacy berkontribusi terhadap kesiapan individu umtuk berubah sebesar 17,2 %. dc.description.abstract | This research is to see the relationship between self efficacy with individual readiness to change in the employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero). The method used in this research is quantitative method. The subjects in this study were company employees, totaling 72 people. The sampling technique uses a random sampling technique. Data retrieval is done using two scales, namely the scale of self-efficacy and scale of individual readiness to change. Data analysis using correlation techniques (rxy) of 0.468 and p = 0,000 (p < 0.05), meaning that there is a positive relationship between self efficacy and individual readiness to change at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero), that the higher the employee's self-efficacy, the higher the individual's readiness to change, the lower the employee's self-efficacy, the lower the individual's readiness to change. Self efficacy in this study is high, indicated by empirical mean value = 100.92 > hypothetical mean = 90 where the difference exceeds SD = 5, individual readiness to change is also high with empirical mean value = 86.56 > hypothetical mean = 70 where the difference exceeds the number SD = 8. The coefficient of determination of the correlation is r2 = 0.172 meaning this shows that self-efficacy contributes to individual readiness to change by 17.2 %.
