dc.descriptionTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik petani mengadopsi dan yang tidak mengadopsi inovasi sertifikasi prima jambu air madu deli hijau di Kabupaten Langkat (studi kasus: Kelurahan Sidomulyo dan Desa Teluk). Metode analisis yang digunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Tenik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Data yang diambil adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui metode wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: (1) Karakteristik petani bersertifikasi prima berdasarkan umur secara umum termasuk sedang, pendidikan berpendidikan SMA, luas lahan sempit, pendapatan tinggi, pengalaman tinggi, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga rendah. Karakteristik inovasi yang paling memberi dampak adalah Keuntungan relatif dari segi ekonomi. (2) Karakteristik petani jambu air madu deli hijau tidak bersertifikasi prima berdasarkan umur secara umum termasuk sedang, pendidikan berpendidikan SMA, luas lahan sempit, pendapatan sedang, pengalaman sedang, dan jumlah tanggungan keluarga rendah. Karakteristik inovasi yang paling memberi dampak adalah Keuntungan relatif dari segi ekonomi dan segi kenyamanan.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this research was to determine the farmer's characteristic who adopted and who did not adopt the innovation of prima certification of green deli honey guava in Langkat District (case study: Sidomulyo urban village and Teluk Village). The data analysis conducted by applying interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The sampling technique was done by using saturated samples. The data which is taken were primary and secondary data. The data collection techniques were through in-depth interviews. Research results show (1) The characteristic of farmers certificated prima based on the age generally were medium, the education were high school, the areas were narrow, the incomes were high, the experiences were high, and the number of family dependents were low. The characteristic innovation which the impact was the relative advantage in the economic terms. (2) The characteristics of green deli honey guava farmers that were not prima certification based on the age generally were medium, the education were high school, the land area were narrow, the incomes were medium,the experiences were medium, and the number of family dependents were low. The characteristics of innovation which the impact was the relative advantage in the economic and comfortable terms.en_US
