dc.descriptionPerdagangan orang yang mayoritas perempuan dan anak, merupakan jenis perbudakan pada era modern ini merupakan dampak krisis Multidimensional yang dialami Indonesia. Dari waktu ke waktu praktik perdagangan orang semakin menunjukkan kualitas dan kuantitasnya. Setiap tahun diperkirakan 2 (dua) juta manusia diperdagangkan dan sebagian besarnya adalah perempuan dan anak. Penulis merangkum permasalahan mengenai peran Kepolisian Resort Kota Medan dalam penanggulangan Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Anak di Kota Medan, kendala yang dihadapi Kepolisian Resort Kota Medan mengatasi Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Anakdi Kota Medan, dan upaya penanggulangan Kepolisian Resort Kota Medan mengatasi Tindak Pidana Perdagangan Anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu berupa hukum empiris melalui pendekatan secara langsung hukum secara nyata, menggunakan sifat deskriptif analitis menggunakan gambaran-gambaran terhadap gejala dan keadaan secara nyata dilapangan, data yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan dan studi lapangan, kemudian dianalisis secara yuridis kualitatif melalui wawancara responden secara tertulis dan lisan. Kepolisian menjadi salah satu paling utama dalam melindungi masyarakat sehingga keberadaan polisi, yaitu garda terdepan keselamatan dan keaman negara, dalam pelaksanaan tugasnya polisi juga memiliki kendala baik dari segi teknis maupun dari segi informasi yang diperoleh, dan upaya yang sering dilakukan pihak kepolisian diantaranya melalui tindakan sosialisasi, penindakan hukum tegas, dan upaya pemberantasan kejahatan secara langsung dilapangan.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe trade in people who are predominantly women and children, is a type of slavery in the modern era is the impact of the Multidimensional crisis experienced by Indonesia. From time to time the practice of trafficking increasingly shows the quality and quantity. Every year an estimated 2 (two) million people are trafficked and most of them are women and children. The author summarizes the problem regarding the role of the Medan City Police Resort in the prevention of Child Trafficking in Medan, the obstacle faced by the Medan City Resort Police overcoming Child Trafficking in Medan City, and the Medan City Police Resort's countermeasures overcoming Child Trafficking Crimes.The research method used, namely in the form of empirical law through a real-time legal approach, using descriptive analytical properties using images of symptoms and real conditions in the field, data obtained through library studies and field studies, then analyzed qualitatively juridically through interviews respondent in writing and verbally. The police are one of the most important in protecting the community so that the presence of police, namely the front guard of safety and security of the state, in carrying out its duties the police also have problems both in terms of technical and information obtained, and efforts that are often carried out by the police through socialization , strict legal action, and efforts to eradicate crime directly in the field.en_US
