Abstract

In 2015 the minta kasih Village implement the Hope Family Program, in this case the researchers conducted a study in the minta kasih Village with the title of the research is Evaluation of How the Family Hope Program (PKH), as for the problem formulation of the implementation of the Family Hope Program for households is very poor (RTSM) in Minta Kasih Village, Salapian District, Langkat Regency, what are the obstacles encountered in the process of implementing the Hope Family Program The research method used is a qualitative method, indicators for evaluating programs using Evaluation Indicators according to William N Dunn. By using these indicators, it can be concluded that the implementation of the hope family program has not been optimal, where the inaccuracy of targets in the recipient community is still occurring from the results of the research. (PKH) in Minta Kasih Village and the results of the evaluation felt by the Family Hope Program (PKH) are the community's economic assistance especially in the field of education so that parents can facilitate and finance education.
