| Abstract: | This study aims to determine the results of the use of jengkol skin, so jengkol skin does not become waste that pollutes the environment. To get the benefits of jengkol skin, the research method was carried out by preparing raw materials to be chopped in the form of 10 kg jengkol skin with a plan of 3 trials at variations in speed namely (7,975 rpm, 3,987 rpm, 2,658 rpm). Yield obtained 1600 grams with 60% efficiency with 2658 rpm rotation. |
| Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dari pemanfaatan kulit jengkol tersebut, agar kulit jengkol tidak menjadi limbah yang mencemari lingkungan. Untuk mendapatkan manfaat kulit jengkol , metode penelitian dilakukan dengan mempersiapkan bahan baku yang akan dicacah berupa kulit jengkol sebanyak 10 kg dengan rencana 3 kali percobaan pada variasi kecepatan yaitu (7,975 rpm, 3,987 rpm, 2,658 rpm). Hasil cacahan diperoleh 1600 gram dengan efisiensi 60 % dengan putaran 2658 rpm. |
