Abstract: | The purpose of this study to determine the effect of management control systems and recruitment on employee performance at PT. Fast Food Indonesia, Tbk .. This type of research is associative ie research that connects two or more variables. The population in this study amounted to 55 people, and because the population under 100 (one hundred) people so the sampling using samples saturated so the number of samples in this study amounted to 52 people. The results of this study based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and reliable. In multiple linear regression test proved that management control system variable showed result with regression coefficient equal to 0,492 and recruitment variable showed result with regression coefficient equal to 0,318 which influence performance positively and significant, significant value for questioner of management controlling 0.000 <0,05 then system management control (X1) significantly affect performance (Y) and significant value for recruitment questionnaire 0,000 <0,05 then recrtumen (X2) significantly affect performance (Y). The value of t count the variable of management control system (X1) 4.227> t value table 1.67655 and significant value 0,000 <0.05 and t value of recruitment variable (X2) 2.928> value t table 1.67655 with significant value 0.005 <0.05 that the system factors management control and recruitment partially have a positive and significant impact on performance (Y). The value of F arithmetic 28.849> F value table 3.19 and significant value 0,000 <0.05 that the control system factors (X1) and recruitment (X2) simultaneously fell positively and significantly simultaneously to performance. R Square value for employee performance (Y) in PT. Fast Food Indonesia, TBK. is 0.522. This means that 52.2% of the performance variation (Y) is influenced by management control system variables (X1) and recruitment (X2) and the remaining 47.8% is determined by other variables beyond the contribution of this study. |
Description: | Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem pengendalian manajemen dan rekrutmen terhadap kinerja pegawai di PT. Fast Food Indonesia, Tbk.. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif yaitu penelitian yang menghubungkan dua variabel atau lebih. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang, dan karena populasi di bawah 100 (seratus) orang jadi penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh jadi jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 52 orang. Hasil penelitian ini berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator-indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan reliable. Pada pengujian regresi linear berganda membuktikan bahwa variabel sistem pengendalian manajemen menunjukkan hasil dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,492 dan variabel rekrutmen menunjukkan hasil dengan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,318 yang mempengaruhi kinerja secara positif dan signifikan, nilai signifikan untuk kuesioner sistem pengendalian manajemen 0,000 < 0,05 maka sistem pengendalian manajemen (X1) signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja (Y) dan nilai signifikan untuk kuesioner rekrutmen 0,000 < 0,05 maka rekrtumen (X2) signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja (Y). Nilai t hitung variabel sistem pengendalian manajemen (X1) 4.227 > nilai t tabel 1.67655 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0.05 dan nilai t hitung variabel rekrutmen (X2) 2.928 > nilai t tabel 1.67655 dengan nilai signifikan 0,005 < 0,05 bahwa faktor-faktor sistem pengendalian manajemen dan rekrutmen secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja (Y). Nilai F hitung 28.849 > nilai F tabel 3,19 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 bahwa faktor-faktor sistem pengendalian (X1) dan rekrutmen (X2) secara simultan berpengatuh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja. Nilai R Square untuk kinerja pegawai (Y) di PT. Fast Food Indonesia, TBK. adalah 0.522. Hal ini berarti 52,2% variasi kinerja (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel sistem pengendalian manajemen (X1) dan rekrutmen (X2) dan sisanya 47,8% ditentukan oleh variabel lain di luar kontribusi penelitian ini. |
