Abstract: This study aims to look at the corelation Between Organizational Commitment and Turnover Intentions on Outsourcing employees at PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatra. The hypothesis submitted is accepted. Where the higher organizational commitment is received, the lower the turnover intention. The population in this study amounted to 76 and the sample also numbered 76, as research subjects. The method used in this study is a Likert method with sampling techniques using total sampling techniques. The research instrument was a scale of organizational commitment and turnover intention scale. Results as follows: 1. There is a significant negative corelation between organizational commitment with turnover intentions on outsourcing employees with the correlation coefficient rxy = -0,531; P = 0,000 <0.05, there is a corelation of 28.2%, from this result there are still 71.8% other factors not examined and not seen in this study. 2. That outsourcing employees at PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatra, has high organizational commitment (hypothetical mean 75 <empirical average of 89.66 where the difference between the two means exceeding SD number 10,025) and turnover intention at outsourcing employees PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatra is high (hypothetical mean 55> empirical average 54.62 where the difference between the two exceeds SD 10,333).
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Hubungan Antara Komitmen Organisasi dan Intensi Turnover pada karyawan Outsourcing di PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatera. Hipotesis yang diajukan diterima. Dimana semakin tinggi komitmen organisasi yang diterima maka intensi turnover semakin rendah. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 76 dan sampel juga berjumlah 76, sebagai subjek peneliti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode likert dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrument penelitian adalah skala komitmen organisasi dan skala intensi turnover. Hasil sebagai berikut : 1. Terdapat hubungan negatif yang significant antara komitmen organisasi dengan intensi turnover pada karyawan outsourcing dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = -0,531 ; P = 0,000 < 0,05, terdapat hubungan 28,2%, dari hasil ini bahwa masih terdapat 71,8% dari faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dan tidak terlihat dalam penelitian ini. 2. Bahwa para karyawan outsourcing di PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatera, memiliki komitmen organisasi yang tinggi (mean hipotetik 75 < mean empirik 89,66 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD 10,025) dan itensi turnover pada karyawan outsourcing PT. Telkom Regional I Sumatera tergolong tinggi (mean hipotetik 55 > mean empirik 54,62 dimana selisih kedua mean melebihi bilangan SD 10,333).
