dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji secara empiris mengetahui hubungan antara Kompensasi dengan Motivasi Kerja pada Guru SMA Negeri 1 Tg. Morawa. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 57 guru. Pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik total sampling. Dengan hipotesis Ada hubungan positif antara Kompensasi dengan Motivasi Kerja, dengan asumsi semakin baik Kompensasi maka motivasi Kerja semakin meningkat atau sebaliknya semakin rendah Kompensasi maka Motivasi Kerja semakin buruk. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala motivasi kerja menurut Munandar (2001) menjelaskan tentang aspek-aspek motivasi kerja adalah:Adanya kedisiplinan dari karyawan, Imajinasi yang tinggi dan daya kombinasi, Kepercayaan diri, Daya tahan terhadap tekanan, Reaksi karyawan terhadap pengalaman emosionalnya, Tanggung jawab dalam melakukan pekerjaan dan skala kompensasi berdasarkan aspek-aspek kompensasi menurut Prakoso (2011) yaitu : Kompensasi finansial secara langsung, Kompensasi finansial tidak langsung, Kompensasi non financial, Dari hasil analisa statistik korelasi product moment diketahui bahwa: Ada hubungan positif antara Kompensasi dengan Motivasi Kerja, dengan asumsi semakin baik Kompensasi maka motivasi Kerja semakin meningkat atau sebaliknya semakin rendah Kompensasi maka Motivasi Kerja semakin buruk, dimana rxy = 0,388 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Koefisien determinan (r2) dari hubungan antara variabel bebas X dengan variabel terikat Y adalah sebesar r2 = 0,150. Kompensasi berkontribusi terhadap motivasi sebesar 15,0%. Berdasarkan hasil nilai rata-rata empiric dan hipotetik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kompensasi yang diterima tergolong tinggi karena nilai rata-rata hipotetik 70 lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata empiric 79,37 dan motivasi kerja yang diterima tergolong tinggi sebab nilai rata-rata hipotetik 67,5 lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata empiric 74,39en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to determine and test empirically to know the relationship between Competation and Work Motivation in Teachers of SMA Negeri 1 Tg. Morawa The sample in this study were 57 teachers. Sampling using a total sampling technique. With the hypothesis there is a positive relationship between Compensation and Work Motivation, assuming the better the Compensation, the work motivation will increase or vice versa the lower the Compensation the worse Work Motivation. The data collection method uses a work motivation scale according to Munandar (2001) explaining aspects of work motivation are: The existence of discipline from employees, high imagination and power of combination, self-confidence, resistance to pressure, employee reaction to emotional experience, responsibility in doing work and compensation scale based on aspects of compensation according to Prakoso (2011), namely: Direct financial compensation, indirect financial compensation, non financial compensation, From the results of statistical analysis of product moment correlations it is known that: There is a positive relationship between Compensation and Work Motivation, assuming the better the Compensation the Work motivation will increase or vice versa the lower the Compensation the Work Motivation will get worse, where rxy = 0.388 with a significant p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the proposed hypothesis is declared accepted. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0,150. Compensation contributed to motivation by 15.0%. Based on the results of empirical and hypothetical mean values, it can be concluded that the compensation received is relatively high because the average hypothetical value of 70 is smaller than the average value of empiric 79.37 and work motivation received is high because the average hypothetical value of 67 , 5 is smaller than the empirical mean value of 74.39en_US
