dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Hidayah - Deli Tua. Dalam penelitian ini subjek yang diteliti adalah perawat di Rumah Sakit Hidayah-Deli Tua, sebanyak 50 orang perawat dengan menggunakan teknik sampling Total Sampling. Skala motivasi berprestasi memakai skala psikologis dengan format skala likert dimana motivasi berprestasi berjumlah 74 aitem dengan jumlah aitem gugur sebanyak 16 aitem, dan Penilaian kinerja diambil dari data dokumentasi yang diperoleh langsung dari Rumah Sakit Hidayah - Deli Tua. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil analisis diketahui terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja ( = 0,559 ; p = 0,000 < 0,05). Dengan motivasi berprestasi yang tergolong tinggi dengan mean empirik lebih tinggi dari mean hipotetik (213.40 > 145), dan Kinerja yang tergolong sangat memuaskan yang dapat dilihat berdasarkan jumlah persentase sebesar 40%. Hasil lain yang diperoleh merupakan koefisien determinan (r2) dan hubungan sebesar 0,312. artinya motivasi berprestasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 31,2% terhadap kinerja pada 50 perawat di Rumah Sakit Hidayah - Deli Tua. Dan terdapat 68,8% pengaruh faktor-faktor lain terhadap Kinerja yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini, dengan demikian hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The reasearch was aimed to find out the relation between achievement motivation with nurse performance at Hidayah Hospital - Deli Tua. In this study the subjects studied were nurses at Hidayah-Deli Tua Hospital, as many as 50 nurses using the Total Sampling sampling technique. Achievement motivation scale uses psychological scale with Likert scale format where achievement motivation amounts to 74 items with a total of 16 items fall, and performance appraisal is taken from documentation data obtained directly from Hidayah Hospital - Deli Tua. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis technique. The analysis found that there was a significant positive relationship between achievement motivation and performance (= 0.559; p = 0.000 < 0.05). With high achievement motivation with an empirical mean higher than the hypothetical mean (213.40 > 145), and a very satisfactory performance that can be seen based on the percentage of 40%. Other results obtained are the determinant coefficient (r2) and the relationship of 0.312. it means that achievement motivation has an effect of 31.2% on the performance of 50 nurses at Hidayah Hospital - Deli Tua. And there are 68.8% influence of other factors on performance that are not examined in this study, thus the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted. | en_US |
