dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan mengetahui apakah gambaran Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Problem Solving Pada Anggota Polres Samosir. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 56 Anggota Polres Samosir. Pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala Problem Solving Menurut Heppner dan Peterson (1982) mengkategorikan tiga macam sikap terhadap pemecahan masalah, diantaranya keyakinan diri dalam menyelesaikan masalah (ProblemSolving Confidence), keyakinan diri individu dalam memecahkan masalah. Gaya pendekatan atau penghindaran (Approach-Avoidance Style) yang mengukur kecenderungan untuk menghindari atau mendekati berbagai kegiatan pemecahan masalah. Kontrol pribadi (Personal Control) yang menilai keyakinan individu dalam memutuskan untuk menggunakan atau tidak rancangan yang telah disusun secara sistematis dengan baik ketika menghadapi masalah. Berdasarkan hasil analisis diketahui bahwa faktor tertinggi yang mempengaruhi Problem Solving pada anggota Polres Samosir adalah kepercayaan diri 51.4 % berkontribusi dalam mempengaruhi Problem Solving. Selanjutnya yang kedua memiliki tujuan dengan hasil 31.58% berkontribusi dalam mempengaruhi Problem Solving. dc.description.abstract | This study aims to examine empirically and find out whether the picture of the Factors Affecting Problem Solving in Samosir Police Members. The sample in this study were 56 Samosir Police Members. Sampling using purposive sampling technique. Methods of data collection using the scale of Problem Solving According to Heppner and Peterson (1982) categorize three types of attitudes toward problem solving, including self-confidence in solving problems (Problem Solving Confidence), individual self-confidence in solving problems. ApproachAvoidance Style that measures the tendency to avoid or approach various problem solving activities. Personal Control that assesses the beliefs of individuals in deciding to use or not designs that have been systematically structured properly when faced with problems. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the highest factor affecting the Problem Solving of Samosir District Police officers is that 51.4% of self-confidence contributes to affecting Problem Solving. Furthermore, the second has a goal with a result of 31.58% contributing to influencing Problem Solving. The third is focusing on 16.97% contributing to influencing Problem Solving. | en_US |
