dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional kepala Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Balai Benih dan Budidaya Ikan (BBI) Kota Medan yang di nilai melalui pegawai sebanyak 35 orang. Sejalan dengan pembahasan yang ada dalam landasan teori, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap disiplin karyawan pada Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah (UPTD) Balai Benih dan Budidaya Ikan (BBI) kota medan. Dengan asumsi semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin tinggi pula disiplin kerja pegawai dan sebaliknya semakin rendah gaya kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin rendah pula disiplin kerja pegawai. Variabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dengan variabel disiplin kerja pada karyawan Balai Benih dan Budidaya Ikan (BBI) Dinas Pertanian dan Perikanan Kota Medan dengan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0.419 dengan P linierity = 0.003 < 0,05. Dari hasil korelasi ini maka dapat dinyatakan dimana semakin tinggi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin tinggi disiplin kerja, sebaliknya semakin rendah gaya kepeen_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see the influence of the transformational leadership style of the Head of the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) of the Medan City Seed and Fish Farming (BBI), which was rated by 35 employees. In line with the discussion in the theoretical basis, the hypothesis proposed in this study is that there is an influence of transformational leadership style on employee discipline in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) Balai Seed and Fish Cultivation (BBI) Medan city. Assuming the higher the transformational leadership style the higher the employee's work discipline and conversely the lower the transformational leadership style the lower the employee's work discipline. The transformational leadership style variable has a significant positive relationship between the variable work discipline on the employees of the Seed and Aquaculture Office of the City of Agriculture and Fisheries in Medan with the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.419 with P linearity = 0.003 <0.05. From the results of this correlation it can be stated that the higher the transformational leadership style, the higher the work discipline, conversely the lower the transformational leadership style, the lower the employee's work discipline.en_US
