dc.description | Malaria merupakan penyakit menular, terutama di daerah endemis. Makhluk yang berperan besar dalam penularan malaria yaitu parasit malaria (yang disebut plasmodium) dan nyamuk Anopheles betina. Ada lima jenis spesies plasmodium yang menjadi penyebab malaria pada manusia yaitu: Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium malariae, Plasmodium ovale dan Plasmodium knowlesi. Diagnosa malaria secara pasti bisa ditegakkan jika ditemukan parasit malaria dalam darah penderita secara mikroskopik melalui sediaan darah tipis maupun sediaan darah tebal. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bentuk tropozoit dan jenis parasit pada penderita malaria. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriftif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dijumpainya Tropozoit di dalam sediaan darah pada dua orang pasien dengan infeksi dari Plasmodium falciparum dan Plasmodium vivax. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Malaria is an infectious disease, especially in endemic areas. Organisms that play a major role in malaria transmission were malaria parasites (called plasmodium) and female Anopheles mosquito. There were five types of plasmodium spesies that cause malaria in human, namely Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax, Plasmodium malariae, Plasmodium ovale and Plasmodium knowlesi. Fix diagnosis of malaria can be determined if the microscopically malaria parasites are found in the blood patients via their thick blood preparations. This research used Descriptive Qualitative Method. The results of this observation, it was found Tropozoid in the thick blood preparations of two patients resulted from the infection of Plasmodium falciparum and Plasmodium vivax. | en_US |
