dc.descriptionPenelitian mengenai tanaman bawang merah dengan kompos batang pisang dan POC ampas tahu dilaksanakan di Jalan hidayah 1, Kelurahan Mabar Hilir, Kecamatan Medan Deli, mulai bulan April sampai Juni 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian kompos batang pisang dan pupuk organik cair ampas tahu terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman Bawang Merah (Allium ascalonicum L.). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) Faktorial terdiri dari 4 taraf kompos batang pisang : KO = pupuk kandang sapi, K1 = kompos batang pisang 5 ton/ ha (0,5 kg/m2)), K2 = kompos batang pisang 10 ton/ha (1 kg/m2), K3 = kompos batang pisang 15 ton/ha (1,5 kg/m2) dan POC ampas tahu 4 taraf : PO = kontrol (urea 70 kg, za 150 kg, kcl 84 kg). Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah umbi, diameter umbi, berat basah umbi tanaman per sampel, berat kering umbi tanaman per sampel, berat basah tanaman per plot, berat kering umbi tanaman per plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian kompos batang pisang dan POC ampas tahu tidak berpengaruh nyata terdahap semua parameter pengamatan, namun yang berpengaruh nyata dan sangat ngata adalah pupuk kandang sapi terhadap parameter jumlah daun.en_US
dc.description.abstractResearch on shallot plants with a compost of banana stems and POC tofu waste is carried out on Hidayah 1 street, Mabar Hilir Sub-District, Medan Deli District, from April to June 2019. This study aims to determine the effect of banana stem compost and tofu liquid organic fertilizer on the growth and the production of Shallot (Allium ascalonicum L.) plants. This research uses a factorial randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 4 levels of compost banana stems: KO = cow manure, K1 = compost of banana stems 5 tons / ha (0.5 kg / m2)), K2 = compost of banana stem 10 tons / ha (1 kg / m2), K3 = compost of banana stem 15 tons / ha (1.5 kg / m2) and POC of 4 levels tofu waste: PO = control (urea 70 kg, za 150 kg, kcl 84 kg). The parameters observed are plant height, number of leaves, number of tubers, tuber diameter, plant tuber fresh weight per sample, plant tuber dry weight per sample, plant fresh weight per plot, plant tuber dry weight per plot. The results show that the use of banana stem compost and POC tofu waste does not significantly affect all the observation parameters, but the real and very significant effect is the use of cow manure on the number of leaf parameters.en_US
