dc.description | Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jl. Pertanian Desa Deli Tua Kecamatan Namorambe mulai bulan April sampai Juli 2019. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang kemampuan kompos yang berasal dari kulit kopi dan fungi mikoriza arbuskular dalam pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman jagung manis (Zea mays sccharata Sturt). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Racangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) secara faktorial, dengan 2 (dua) faktor perlakuan, yakni : 1) Faktor kompos kulit kopi (K) yang terdiri dari 5 taraf, yaitu : K0 = tanpa kompos kulit kopi; K1 = kompos kulit kopi dosis 10 ton ha -1 (1,44 kg/ plot); K2 = kompos kulit kopi dosis 20 ton ha -1 (2,88 kg/ plot); K3 = kompos kulit kopi dosis 30 ton ha -1 (4,32 kg/ plot); K4 = Pupuk kimia (Phonska 400 g/ plot, Urea 600 g/ plot); 2) Faktor perlakuan fungi mikoriza arbuskular (M) yang terdiri dai 4 taraf, yaitu : M0 = Tanpa inokulan fungi mikoriza arbuskular, M1 = 10 g/ plot inokulan fungi mikoriza arbuskular, M2 = 15 g/ plot inokulan fungi mikoriza arbuskular, M3 = 20 g/ plot inokulan fungi mikoriza arbuskular, masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 2 (dua) kali sehingga terdapat 40 plot percobaan. Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang tongkol, produksi tanaman sampel per plot, produksi tanaman per plot, bobot basah bagian atas, bobot basah bagian bawah, persentase serangan OPT, kolonisasi fungi mikoriza arbuskular, efektivitas aplikasi perlakuan terhadap semua parameter. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Pemberian kompos kulit kopi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang tongkol, produksi tanaman sampel per plot, produksi tanaman per plot, bobot basah bagian atas dan bobot basah bagian bawah; 2) Pemberian fungi mikoriza arbuskular tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang tongkol, produksi tanaman sampel per plot, produksi tanaman per plot, bobot basah bagian atas dan bobot basah bagian bawah; 3) Pemberian kombinasi kompos kulit kopi dan fungi mikoriza arbuskular tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang tongkol, produksi tanaman sampel per plot, produksi tanaman per plot, bobot basah bagian atas dan bobot basah bagian bawah. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This research was taken place at Jl. Agriculture in Deli Tua, Namorambe District from April to July 2019. The purpose of this research was to obtain data on the ability of compost derived from coffee husks and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi in the growth and production of sweet corn plants (Zea mays sccharata Sturt). The method used in this study is a randomized block design (RDB) in factorial, with 2 (two) treatment factors, namely: 1) Factors coffee skin (K), which consists of 5 levels, namely: K0 = without coffee skin compost, K1 = coffee skin compost dose of 10 tons ha -1 (1.44 kg/ plot), K2 = coffee skin compost dose of 20 tons ha -1 (2.88 kg/ plot), K3 = coffee skin compost dose of 30 tons ha -1 (4.32 kg/ plot), K4 = Chemical fertilizer (Phonska 400 g/ plot, Urea 600 g/ plot); 2) arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (M), which consists of 4 levels, namely : M0 = without inoculant arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, M1 = 10 g/plot inoculant arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, M2 = 15 g/ plot inoculant arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, M3 = 20 g/ plot inoculant arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, each treatment was repeated two (2) times so that there are 40 experimental plots. The parameters observed are plant height, number of leaves, cob length, sample crop production per plot, crop production per plot, top wet weight, bottom wet weight, percentage of pest attack, colonization of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi, effectiveness of treatment application to all parameters. The results obtained from this study were: 1) The giving of coffee skin compost did not significantly affect the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, cob length, sample plant production per plot, crop production per plot, top wet weight and bottom wet weight; 2) The allocation of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi has no significant effect on the parameters of observing plant height, number of leaves, cob length, sample plant production per plot, crop production per plot, top wet weight and bottom wet weight; 3) The combination of coffee husks compost and arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi did not significantly affect the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, length of cob, sample crop production per plot, crop production per plot, top wet weight and bottom wet weight. | en_US |
