dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendapatkan data secara empiris hubungan dukungan sosial dengan disiplin kerja pada karyawan outsourcing pada PTPN IV Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang karyawan outsourcing pada PTPN IV Medan. Kepada masing-masing sampel diberikan dua skala yaitu skala dukungan soisal yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana dukungan sosial yang diberi oleh orang teredekatnya dapat mempengaruhi disiplin kerja, dan skala disiplin kerja untuk mengukur tingkat disiplin kerja yang dilakukan oleh karyawan outsourcing. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji korelasi product moment pearson. Dari hasil uji korelasi ini menghasilkan kesimpulan sebagai berikut 1). diketahui bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan disiplin kerja dilihat dari nilai koefisien linieritas (rxy) = 0,789 dengan p = 0,000 < 0.050, artinya ada hubungan positif antara dukungan sosial dengan disiplin kerja, semakin tinggi dukungan sosial maka semakin tinggi disiplin kerja.. 2) selanjutnya diketahui dari nilai koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,622, artinya bahwa dukungan sosial memberikan sumbangsi terhadap disiplin kerja sebesar 62,2%. Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian ini karyawan outsourcing pada PTPN IV Medan, Distrik IV memiliki dukungan sosial dan disiplin kerja yang tergolong tinggi. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This aims of this study is to test and obtain data empirically the correlation between social support and work discipline on outsourcing employees at PTPN IV Medan. The sample in this study amounted to 48 outsourcing employees at PTPN IV Medan. Each sample is given two scales, namely the scale of the social support which aims to find out to what extent social support provided by the significant people can influence work discipline, and the scale of work discipline to measure the level of work discipline carried out by outsourcing employees. The data analysis technique used in this study was Pearson product moment correlation test. From the results of this correlation test produces the following conclusions 1). there is a significant positive correlation between social support and work discipline as seen from the value of the linearity coefficient (rxy) = 0.789 with p = 0.000 <0.050, meaning that there is a positive relationship between social support and work discipline, the higher the social support, the higher the work discipline. 2) furthermore it is known from the value of the determinant coefficient (r2) = 0.622, that social support contributes to work discipline by 62.2%. It is known that the subject of this study is outsourcing employees at PTPN IV Medan, District IV has high social support and work discipline. | en_US |
