dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara teman sebaya dengan kemandirian belajar pada siswa kelas XI MAN 2 Model Medan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI 89 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala teman sebaya dan skala kemandirian belajar. Uji analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi (rxy) diperoleh hasil sebesar 0,405 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,050. Artinya hipotesis diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara teman sebaya dengan kemandirian belajar pada siswa. Teman sebaya di MAN 2 Model Medan tergolong tinggi ditunjukkan mean empirik = 79,96 > mean hipotetik = 67,5 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 8,916. Kemandirian belajar juga tergolong tinggi ditunjukkan mean empirik = 100,80 > mean hipotetik 82,5 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 9,671. Adapun koesfisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0,164 artinya teman sebaya memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap kemandirian belajar sebesar 16,4%.en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to look at the relationship between peers with learning independence in class XI MAN 2 Medan Model. The subjects in this study were 89th grade XI students. The sampling technique uses cluster sampling technique. Data collection is done by using two scales, namely peer scale and learning independence scale. Test data analysis using correlation techniques (rxy) obtained results of 0.405 with p = 0.000 <0.050. This means that the hypothesis is accepted that there is a positive and significant relationship between peers with learning independence in students. Peers in the MAN 2 Medan Model are classified as high, indicating an empirical mean = 79.96> hypothetical mean = 67.5 where the difference exceeds the SD number = 8.916. Learning independence is also classified as high, indicated empirical mean = 100.80> hypothetical mean 82.5 where the difference exceeds SD = 9,671. The coefficient of determination of the correlation of r2 = 0.164 means that peers make effective contributions to learning independence by 16.4%.en_US
