Abstract: The purpose of this research is to determine the correlations between work moral employee the officer of pt. adi sarana armada medan. This study is quantitative research using correlational research method. The population in this study were employees in the company, to determine the number of samples in this study using quota sampling techniques, the number of samples in this study were 40 people. Data is collected using a Likert scale, which is a list of statements that must be answered by the subject. The validity analysis thechnique used in this studies is content analysis, from that can be obtained the leader member exchange coefficient scale which is moving valid from rbt = 0,315 to rbt = 0,778 and work morale scale moving from rbt = 0,315 to rbt = 0,857 with significant level or p> 0,300 . The reability analysis technique used in this studies is Alpha Cronbach which produces reablity index in the amount of 0,934 for leader member exchange scale and 0,952 for work morale scale. The correlation technique used in this studies to determine the correlations between these two variables, leader member exchange and work morale is Product Moment. The result of this studies shows that there is significant correlations between leader member exchange and work morale employee the officer of pt. adi sarana armada medan. Thus can be said based on the calculation correlation of r poduct moments, where = 0,484 with significant p = 0,001 < 0,010 means that the hypotesis is that the higher the leader member exchange the higher the morale work for employees and vice versa, the lower the leader member exchange, the lower the morale of employees declared acceptable. As for the effective contribution of work morale affects the leader member exchange is in the amount of 23,5%.
Description: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara leader member exchange dengan moral kerja pada karyawan di PT. Adi Sarana Armada Medan. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di perusahaan tersebut, untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik quota sampling, jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 40 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala likert, yaitu sejumlah daftar pernyataan yang harus dijawab oleh subjek. Uji validitas menggunakan uji validitas isi yang dimana diperoleh koefisien butir skala leader member exchange yang valid bergerak dari rbt = 0,315 hingga rbt = 0,778 dan skala moral kerja bergerak dari rbt = 0,315 hingga rbt = 0,857 dengan taraf signifikan atau p> 0,300 . Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alpha Cronbach yang menghasilkan indeks reliabilitas sebesar 0,934 untuk skala leader member exchange dan 0,952 untuk skala moral kerja. Uji korelasi butir total digunakan untuk menentukan hubungan antara kedua variabel yaitu leader member exchange dan moral kerja diperoleh melalui perhitungan dengan korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan dan signifikan antara leader member exchange dengan moral kerja pada karyawan di PT. Adi Sarana Armada Medan . Hal ini berdasarkan hasil perhitungan korelasi r product momen, dimana 𝑟𝑥𝑦 = 0,484 dengan signifikan p = 0,001 < 0,010 artinya hipotesis yang diajukan semakin tinggi leader member exchange maka semakin tinggi moral kerja pada karyawan dan sebaliknya semakin rendah leader member exchange maka semakin rendah moral kerja pada karyawan dinyatakan diterima. Adapun sumbangan efektif dari moral kerja mempengaruhi leader member exchange sebesar 23,5%.
