Abstract: | Psychological well-being is the full achievement of one's psychological potential and a circumstance in which an individual can receive the purpose of life, develop positive relationships with others, become an independent person, be able to control the environment, and continue to grow personally. Thus, psychological well-being in the workplace is defined as a condition where a person has motivation, is involved in his work, has positive energy, enjoys all his work activities and will last a long time at his job.The pupose of this study was to determine differences in psychological well-being of employees viewed from age of employee at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. The population of this study were employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero). The sample of this study was 102 employees were taken by purposive sampling technique. The method of data retrieval used was the psychological well-being scale with a Likert scale model. Data analysis in this study used the One Way Anova technique. From the results of One Way Anova, it was concluded that there was a significant difference in psychological well-being viewed from age of employee with an F value of 1,709 and a significant value of p = 0.001 <0.05. |
Description: | Kesejahteraan psikologis adalah pencapaian penuh dari potensi psikologis seseorang dan suatu keadaan ketika individu dapat menerima tujuan hidup, mengembangkan relasi yang positif dengan orang lain, menjadi pribadi yang mandiri, mampu mengendalikan lingkungan, dan terus bertumbuh secara personal. Sehingga, kesejahteraan psikologis ditempat kerja didefinisikan sebagai suatu keadaan dimana seseorang memiliki motivasi, dilibatkan dalam pekerjannya, memiliki energi positif, menikmati semua kegiatan pekerjaannya dan akan bertahan lama pada pekerjaannya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kesejahteraan psikologis karyawan yang ditinjau dari usia karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III(Persero). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 102 orang kaeyawan yang diambil melalui teknik Purposive sampling. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah skala kesejahteraan psikologis dengan model skala likert. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik One Way Anova.Dari hasil perhitungan dengan menggunakan One Way Anova, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kesejahteraan psikologis yang signifikan ditinjau dari usia karyawan dengan nilai F sebesar 1.709 dan nilai signifikan p = 0.001 < 0.05. |
