dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis struktur, perilaku, dan kinerja pemasaran kentang di Kecamatan Naman Teran Kabupaten Karo. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan metode purpossive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian 48 petani yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan purpossive sampling dan 10 pedagang pengumpul dan 17 pedagang pengecer yang ditentukan dengan metode sensus. Sehingga jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 sampel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah struktur pasar yang dianalisis dengan market share, konsentrasi pasar, hambatan keluar masuk pasar, dan jenis pasar; perilaku pasar yang dianalisis dengan penentuan harga, kerjasama antar lembaga pemasaran, dan saluran pemasaran; dan kinerja pemasaran yang dianalisis dengan margin pemasaran, farmer share, dan efisiensi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa pasar bersifat oligopsoni, petani merupakan penerima harga (price taker), terdapat dua pola saluran pemasaran, margin pemasaran pada saluran I adalah Rp. 950,00 dan margin pada saluran pemasaran II Rp. 4.097,5. Farmer share (bagian yang diterima petani) pada saluran pemasaran I adalah 87,24%, pada saluran pemasaran II sebesar 62,07. Efisiensi pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran I dengan nilai 1,78%. saluran pemasaran II dengan nilai efisiensi sebesar 4,42%. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to analyze the structure, behavior, and performance of potato marketing in Naman Teran District, Karo Regency. The location of the study was determined using the purposive sampling method. Samples in the study of 48 farmers were determined using purposive sampling and 10 traders and 17 retail traders determined by the census method. So that the number of samples in this study were 75 samples. The research method used is a market structure that is analyzed by market share, market concentration, barriers to market entry, and type of market; market behavior that is analyzed by price determination, cooperation between marketing institutions, and marketing channels; and marketing performance analyzed by marketing margins, farmer share, and marketing efficiency. The results show that the market is oligopsonistic, farmers are price takers, there are two patterns of marketing channels, marketing margins on channel I are Rp. 950.00 and margin on marketing channel II Rp. 4,097,5. Farmer share (share received by farmers) in marketing channel I was 87.24%, in marketing channel II amounted to 62.07.
