dc.descriptionCemaran bakteri pada bahan pangan merupakan suatu hal yang tidak diinginkan. Bakteri Gram positif (Enterococcus sp. dan Staphylococcus aureus) dan Gram negatif (Salmonella sp.) yang merupakan bakteri patogen pada sususapi cair kemasan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis cemaran bakteri Gram positif (Enterococcus sp. dan Staphylococcus aureus) dan Gram negatif (Salmonella sp.) yang terdapat pada susu sapi cair kemasan. Metode penelitian terdiri dari pengambilan sampel secara acak sebanyak delapan sampel dari swalayan dan pedagang ecer dengan kondisi kemasan yang baik. Sampel dianalisa secara kualitiatif dengan menggunakan media selektif enterococci agar (EA), Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA), dan Brilliant-green Phenol-red Lactose Sucrose agar (BPLS). Hasil dari penelitian pada delapan sampel susu sapi cair kemasan memperlihatkan tidak ditemukannya pertumbuhan bakteri pada media selektif.en_US
dc.description.abstractBacterial contamination of food is not desirable. Gram-positive bacteria (Enteroccocus sp. and Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram negative (Salmonella sp.) bacteria which are pathogenic bakteria in packaged liquid cows milk. The purpose of this study was to analyze the contamination of Gram-positive (Enteroccocus sp. and Staphylococcus aureus) and Gram negative (Salmonella sp.) bacteria found in packaged liquid cows milk. The research method consisted of random sampling of eight samples from supermarkets and retailers in good condition. The sample was analyzed qualitatively using selective media enterococci agar (EA), Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA), and Brilliant-green Phenolred Lactose Sucrose agar (BPLS). The result of study of eight packaged liquid cow milk samples showed no bacterial growth found on selektive media.en_US
