dc.descriptionPenelitian bersifat verifikatif dan deskriptif, menggunakan metode deskriptif survey dan metode explanatory survey.Sampel ditentukan dengan metoderandom sampling sebanyak 70 orang dari tiga unit PKS di Distrik 2 PTPN IV. Pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner. Data dianalisisdenganmenggunakananalisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pelaksana di PKS Distrik 2 PTPN IV. Nilai pengaruh yang paling tinggi adalah variabel kepuasan kerja, artinya kepuasan kerja berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan total pengaruh sebesar 56,25% (pengaruh langsung sebesar 43,81%). Secara simultan, kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pelaksana di PKS Distrik 2 PTPN IV. Nilai pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 75,04% dengan pengaruh langsung sebesar 50,16%en_US
dc.description.abstractResearch is verification and descriptive, using descriptive survey methods and explanatory survey methods. The sample was determined by random sampling method, 70 people from three PKS units in District 2 of PTPN IV. The data collection through questionnaires and secondary data. Data were analyzed with path analysis. The results showed that partially, job satisfaction and work motivation had a positive significantly effect on the performance of implementing employees in PKS District 2 PTPN IV. The highest influence value is the variable job satisfaction, meaning that job satisfaction has a more dominant effect on employee performance, with a total effect of 56.25% (direct effect of 43.81%). Simultaneously, job satisfaction and work motivation have a positive significantly effect on the performance of implementing employees in PKS District 2 PTPN IV. The value of the influence of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance is 75.04% with a direct effect of 50.16%.en_US
