Pola Komunikasi Konselor dengan Pecandu Narkoba di Pusat Rehabilitasi Sosial Al-Kamal Sibolangit Centre

Abstract

The communication pattern in the rehabilitation center of counselors is an important part of the process of coaching in order to achieve the goal of interpersonal communication. Approach through forms of persuasive communication will be more effective to build the behaviour of every citizen assisted in order not to repeat the same deed. The Al-Kamal Sibolangit Center's Al-Kamal Sibolangit Center's Social Rehabilitation Center is the centerpiece of this rehabilitation counselor. The methods used in this research are descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques with TCM diagnostic methods of observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is done with the reduction of the data, the presentation of data and verification. Results of research communication is the way to communicate with the people. A comfortable room for our smoking by facilitating mkami to be more relaxed. In doing the counseling, a resident of course tend to pass on the case, and thus we as counselors listening more than speaking against the resident, and the group communication counselors do it once a week. In terms of group communication given to mutually support each other we as communicators at the time only as a facilitator of communication in the group.
