Implementasi Peraturan Walikota Medan Nomor 16 Tahun 2015 Tentang Perizinan untuk Usaha Mikro dan Kecil (Studi pada Kecamatan Medan Perjuangan Kota Medan)

Abstract

The policy of Small and Micro Business License Program is a policy based on Presidential Regulation No. 98 of 2014 concerning Licensing For Micro and Small Business, Domestic Affair Regulation Number 83 Year 2014 About Guidelines for Granting Micro and Small Business Licenses, and Mayor of Medan Regulation Number 16 Year 2015 About the Delegation of Authority of Small and Micro Business License (IUMK) to Camat in Medan City. The policy is done to be a solution for the community because it sees the problems that occur, where so far many people who have not taken care of the business license, because the place to take care of the permit is far and cost, so people are reluctant to take care of the business license. This study aims to determine the Mayor of Medan Regulation No. 16 of 2015 on the Delegation of the Authority of Micro and Small Business License (IUMK) to the Camat in the District of Medan Perjuangan Medan. The sample was taken by purposive sampling as many as 44 people. Data analysis was done by quantitative descriptive with frequency table analysis. The results of this study indicate that Policy Implementation of Mayor Regulation of Medan Number 16 of 2015 on Licensing for Micro and Small Business at Medan District Struggle Office Medan Medan seen from input, process, output and out comes policy, generally not yet run well, but if seen from each policy variable shows the difference in the success of Implementation of Mayor Regulation Medan Number 16 Year 2015 About Licensing for Micro and Small Business. Seen from the input and the process has not run well, from the aspect of output and out comes it has been felt by the community as a small entrepreneur.
