dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kelengkapan produk terhadap minat beli konsumen di toko Mia Kosmetik Sambas Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen toko dengan metode Accindental Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 73 orang. Data primer dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang pengukurannya menggunakan skala Likert dan diolah secara statistik dengan menggunakan uji statistik dan dengan bantuan SPSS versi 20.00 For Windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan (X1) dan kelengkapan produk (X2), berpengaruh terhadap minat beli (Y) pada Toko Mia Kosmetik Sambas Medan, dengan hasil uji t diperoleh hasil untuk variabel kualitas layanan diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel (4,238 > 1,993) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,00 < 0,05 dan untuk variabel kelengkapan produk diperoleh t hitung > t tabel (3,163 > 1,993) dengan tingkat signifikan 0,00 < 0,05 dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor (kualitas layanan dan kelengkapan produk) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Toko Mia Kosmetik Sambas Medan dan uji F diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel (34,658 > 3,13) dengan hipotesis Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan (X1) dan variabel kelengkapan produk (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat beli. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product completeness on consumer buying interest in Mia Kosmetik Sambas shop in Medan. This research was conducted on shop consumers with the Accindental Sampling method, with a total sample of 73 people. Primary data in this study were obtained through questionnaires whose measurements used a Likert scale and were processed statistically using statistical tests and with the help of SPSS version 20.00 For Windows. Based on the results of the study, it can be found that service quality variables (X1) and product completeness (X2) affect the buying interest (Y) in Mia Kosmetik Sambas Store Medan, with the results of t test results obtained for service quality variables obtained t count> t table (4,238> 1,993) with a significant level of 0,00 <0,05 and for the variable completeness of the product obtained t count> t table (3,163> 1,993) with a significant level of 0,00 <0,05 can be concluded that the factor (service quality and completeness product) partially affects the performance of employees at PT Lautan Luas Tbk and the F test is obtained F value> F table (34,658> 3.13) with the hypothesis Ho rejected and Ha accepted so that it can be concluded that the variable quality of service (X1) and variable completeness product (X2) simultaneously has a significant effect on buying interest. | en_US |
