dc.description | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja, dimana sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah para karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Antarmitra Sembada Medan dengan jumblah karyawan sebanyak 40 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis data adalah korelasi product moment dan menggunakan dua buah skala alat ukur, yaitu skala komitmen organisasi dan skala kepuasan kerja. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka diperoleh: 1). Terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja, dimana rxy=0,847: P < 0,01. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang di ajukan diterima. 2). Komitmen organisasi memberikan kontribusi terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar (r²) = 0,718. Ini berarti 71,8% kepuasan kerja dipengaruhi komitmen organisasi.penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan kerja yang tinggi dapat menumbuhkan komitmen organisasi yang tinggi pada karyawan PT. dc.description.abstract | This study aims to look at the relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, where as subjects in this study are employees who work at PT. Antarmitra Sembada Medan with 40 employees. This research uses quantitative research with data analysis method is the product moment correlation and uses two measuring scales, namely the scale of organizational commitment and job satisfaction scale. Based on the results of this study, it is obtained: 1). There is a very significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and job satisfaction, where rxy = 0.847: P <0.01. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis was accepted. 2). Organizational commitment contributes to job satisfaction as big as (r²) = 0.718. This means that 71.8% of job satisfaction is influenced by organizational commitment. This research proves that high job satisfaction can foster high organizational commitment to the employees of PT.
