dc.description | Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk melakukan perhitungan pengaruh temperatur terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar gas LPG. Meneliti proses kecepatan pengeringan padi serta membandingkan dengan mesin pengering padi yang ada di pasaran. Menguji kualitas padi yang dikeringkan mesin pengering padi terhadap pengeringan dengan cahaya matahari. Dengan meneliti pengaruh temperatur udara pada pipa terhadap kecepatan pengeringan serta konsumsi bahan bakar, maka kita akan mendapatkan standart pengeringan padi jika nanti di gunakan atau di produksikan ke masyarakat. Dari hasil percobaan dan perhitungan konsumsi bahan bakar serta kecepatan proses pengeringan mesin pengering padi sistem kontiniu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari 5 kg massa awal padi untuk mendapatkan standart kadar air 14% massa padi harus mencapai berat akhir 4,3 kg. jadi kesimpulannya standart suhu ruangan pada tabung adalah 800C. Pengaruh temperatur terhadap konsumsi bahan bakar gas hanya memakai 0,1 kg gas LPG dengan kecepatan pengeringan 15 menit. Pengaturan standar suhu dan laju putaran tabung pada mesin pengering padi yakni sebesar 44 dan 60 rpm dan suhu temperatur ruang dalam tabung 800C. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to calculate the effect of temperature on LPG fuel consumption. Examining the process of rice drying speed and comparing with rice drying machines on the market. Test the quality of rice dried rice drying machine against drying with sunlight. By examining the effect of air temperature on the pipe on the speed of drying and fuel consumption, we will get the standard of drying rice if later used or produced to the public. From the results of experiments and calculations of fuel consumption and the speed of the continuous drying process of a rice drying machine, it can be concluded that from 5 kg of initial mass of rice to get a standard moisture content of 14% of mass of rice must reach a final weight of 4.3 kg. so the conclusion the standard room temperature on the tube is 800C. The effect of temperature on the consumption of natural gas only uses 0.1 kg of LPG gas with a drying speed of 15 minutes. The standard settings for temperature and rotation speed of the tubes in the rice drying machine are 44 and 60 rpm and the ambient temperature in the 800C tube. | en_US |
