Implementasi Program Generasi Berencana (Genre) dalam Rangka Penyiapan dan Perencanaan Kehidupan Berkeluarga bagi Remaja (Studi pada Perwakilan BKKBN Privinsi Sumatera Utara)

Abstract

Generasi Berencana Program (GenRe) made by BKKBN implemented in schools through the guidance of the Information Center and Counseling Center as set forth in the National Population Chief Regulation Number: 88 / PER / F2 / 2012 dated April 2, 2012. Generasi Berencaa Program (GenRe ) Is implemented through a two-pronged approach, which is the approach to the adolescent itself and to families with teenagers (BkkbN). Approach to adolescents through the development of Pusat Informasi Konseling Remaja/ Mahasiswa (PIK R / M) in schools, while the approach to families is done through the development of Youth Family Development group.This study aims to know and analyze the implementation of Generasi Berencaa Program (GenRe) in order to prepare and plan family life for adolescents at the BKKBN Representative of North Sumatra Province. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with the researcher is taken by purposive sampling, the Head of North Sumatera BKKBN, PLKB (family planning field officer, school principal and PIK-R coach in schools and students who do not become PIK-R management.The results of this study indicate that the GenRe Program in school adolescents through adolescent Pusat Informasi Konseling (PIK-R) seen from communication, resource, disposition and bureaucratic structure has not been maximal in Medan City. The ineffectiveness of the implementation of the Generasi Berencana (GenRe) program is due to the lack of other agencies such as education offices, BNN and health offices to communicate and limit resources such as human resources and funds. In the implementation of dating generation program at adolescent school through the container of information center of adolescent counseling need coordination and communication between BKKBN Province of North Sumatera Medan with education office and health department.
