dc.description | Pemberian tambahan penghasilan Pegawai berdasarkan jabatan, pangkat dan golongan dimana besarannya juga ditentukan berdasarkan tingkat kehadiran serta beban kerja. Disiplin pegawai sangat erat kaitannya terhadap kualitas atau kinerja organisasi yang secara konsisten harus selalu dijaga dan ditingkatkan, salah satu caranya adalah dengan memberikan tunjangan kinerja daerah terhadap para pegawainya sebagaimana yang telah diamanatkan dalam tunjangan kinerja daerah yang bisa meningkat atau malah menurun sesuai capaian kinerja yang dihasilkan.Yang mempengaruhi dalam pemberian insentif kepada Pegawai Sekretariat Daerah Kota Langsaadalah (1) faktor psikologi. (2) faktor organisasi. Serta faktor lainnyayang disebabkan adanya penghasilan atau pemberian hasil tambahan berupa insentif yang dapat menutupi kebutuhan Pegawai tersebut.Untuk mengoptimalkan hendaknya lebih memperhatikan Pegawai, lebih memperhatikan hak-hak, memberikan kesejahteraan, dan sebagainya agar lebih loyal dan memiliki kinerja yang tinggi. Serta tingkat kesetaraan dan keadilan Pegawai Negeri Sipil supaya tidak terjadi kesenjangan dalam hal perbedaan pemotongan.Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk menganalisa (1) hubungan pemberian insentif terhadap peningkatan kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Langsa.(2) faktoryang mempengaruhi dalam pemberian insentif kepada Pegawai di Sekretariat Daerah Kota Langsa.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu dengan memperoleh informasi yang akurat mengenai insentif yang diberikan perusahaan kepada karyawan melalui evaluasi kinerja dengan cara menyebarkan kuisioner kepada para karyawan untuk memperoleh data yang akurat. Setelah data di peroleh kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan statistik dan program SPSS 22. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Provision of additional income Employees by rank, rank and class where the amount is also determined based on the level of attendance and workload. Employees discipline is closely related to the quality or performance of the organization consistently must always be maintained and improved, one way is to provide local performance benefits to its employees as mandated in the performance allowances of the area that can increase or even decreased according to performance results generated.The influence in giving incentives to the Regional Secretarial Staff of Langsa City is (1) psychological factors. (2) organizational factors. And other factors caused by the income or the provision of additional results in the form of incentives that can cover the needs of the Employees.To optimize should pay more attention to employees, pay more attention to rights, provide welfare, and so to be more loyal and have high performance. As well as the level of equality and justice of Civil Servants to avoid gaps in the case of differences in cuts.The purpose of this study is to analyze (1) the relationship of giving incentives to improving the performance of employees in Regional Secretarial Staff of Langsa City. (2) factors that influence in giving incentives to employees in Regional Secretarial Staff of Langsa City.This research uses quantitative method. This type of research is to obtain accurate information about the incentives given to employee through employee performance evaluation by distributing questionnaires to employee to obtain accurate data.
