dc.description | Kinerja pegawai yang baik adalah harapan setiap organisasi, jika kinerja pegawainya baik maka kinerja organisasi pun menjadi baik. Salah satu hal yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai adalah dengan pemberian system kompensasi yang baik atau insentif/TPP. Bagaimana hasil yang dicapai dengan pemberian insentif terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Tanjungbalai dan apa saja yang menjadi kendala dan hambatannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Perumahan Rakyat dan Kawasan Permukiman Kota Tanjungbalai dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, dan pemberian insentif/TPP memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian pemberian insentif akan lebih memotivasi pegawai untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Pemberian insentif/TPP kepada pegawai terus dievaluasi oleh Pemerintah Kota Tanjungbalai, sehingga pemberian insentif /TPP tersebut mengalami perbaikan dari waktu ke waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwasannya Pemberian Insentif berjalan cukup baik sesuai dengan pejabat strukturalnya, Pemberian reward dan punishment harus dilakukan secara tegas dan adil agar kinerja pegawai dapat ditingkatkan. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Good employee performance is the hope of every organization, if the employee’s performance is good then the organization’s performance becomes good. One of the things that can improve employee performance is by providing a good compensation system or incentive. How the results achieved by giving incentive to the performance of the employees of the public housing office and residential areas of the city of Tanjungbalai and what are the obstacles. This research is conducted in public housing office and residential area of Tanjungbalai city using qualitative research type, and giving incentive give significant influence to improve employee performance. Thus giving incentives will motivate employees to improve their performance. Provision of incentives (Income Income Employees (TPP)) to employees continues to be evaluated by the Government of Tanjungbalai City, so that the incentives (TPP) is improving over time.The result of the research shows that the incentives are good enough in accordance with the structural officer. Besides, the provision of reward and punishment must be done firmly and fairly so that the performance of employees can be improved. | en_US |
