Abstract

Implementation of Development of management institute to be able to irrigation, hence require to be [done/conducted] [by] process of development and enable ness of institute of Bevy of Farmer [of] [User/ wearer] Irrigate [in] area supported fully by the Local Government.Internal issue Formulation this research pursuant to problem background [is] how Implementation of Intruksi of Number President 3 Year 1999 About Reconditional Program [of] Wisdom of Irrigation Management [in] District of Portibi of Sub-Province of Field of Lawas North. Intention of this research is to analyse the Implementation of Intruksi of Number President 3 Year 1999 About Reconditional Program [of] Wisdom of Irrigation Management [in] District of Portibi of Sub-Province of Field of Lawas North. Technique analyse the data [done/conducted] descriptively by data collecting, data assessment, interpretation and data presentation and also recapitulating. For the data collecting of [done/conducted] to cover the data of primary and data sekunder. Result of research indicate that the Implementation of Intruksi of President No. 3 Year 1999 about Reconditional Program [of] Wisdom of Irrigation Management [in] District of Portibi of Sub-Province of Field of Lawas North seen from communications aspect, resource, condition of social, economy and political, and attitude [of] [all] executor have walked better but not yet executed maximal. This matter because of socialization to farmer society [of] about policy of irrigation management not yet maximal and also [do] not exploit the meeting momentum on an ongoing basis to [do/conduct] the forwarding of information of program of policy renewal in the irrigation management. Farmer resource in its knowledge about program of renewal of policy of irrigation management also still very low.
