Abstract

Primary school education is very important for the life of Indonesian citizens as mandated in the 1945 Constitution of Education Sector 31 concerning the Rights and Responsibilities of Citizens of the State of Indonesia. Primary school education is the beginning of briefing and giving of knowledge ranging from reading about natural knowledge, history, language, numeracy and so forth.With the knowledge that knowledge can make children knowledgeable or intelligent, they will understand about writing, reading history, Knowledge nature, counting / mathematics and so forth. With that knowledge the children can continue their education to a higher level if they have graduated or graduated from elementary school. Therefore, the provision of basic knowledge is very important in continuing their education in achieving its goals.To obtain the knowledge stock must go through the process of teaching and learning. Teaching and learning process can run optimally if supported by 3 (three) elements of teachers, students and principals of the principal, administrative staff and school staff. With these three elements, the learning process can run as expected.To find out how far the progress and progress of teaching and learning process, every quarter, semester and year of each school must make activity report in every school. With the quarterly, semester and yearly reports of these schools, it can be seen that the progress and development of the primary school is good for teachers, students and schools. Because in the report should contain about the state of teachers, students, schools and others deemed necessary.Increasing the knowledge of elementary school students is very important in improving the quality of Indonesian human resources in the future both in the field of knowledge science and advanced technology with rapidly. With the quality of human resources of Indonesia, then Indonesia will become a strong and advanced State and respected by the international world.
